Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping methods:
South Africa Nationwide Shipping: R150
Local Delivery (within George): R50
Local Pickup: Free of charge. You can pick up your order at our store located at the Paddagat Shopping Centre, corner of Knysna Street & 3rd Street, George, 6530, Western Cape.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Nationwide Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
Local Delivery (George): Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
Local Pickup: Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any address outside South Africa.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible during delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable to receive your order, our courier service will contact you to reschedule delivery. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it re-delivered.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at 060 713 7121 or info@absolutenutrition.co.za. We will work with our courier service to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive your order in good condition.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
