Refund and Returns Policy

At Absolute Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a clear and transparent returns and refunds process, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must be in its original, unused condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. The product must have at least 6 months remaining before the expiration date at the time of return.
  3. You must have the original packing slip or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
  4. Products that are damaged, used, expired, or without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

Process for Returns

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:

    • Email us at info@absolutenutrition.co.za or call us at 060 713 7121 to initiate the return.
    • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved. This number must be clearly marked on the return package.
  3. Ship the Return:

    • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip.
    • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, product, or style:

  1. Follow the steps above to return the original product.
  2. Once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return criteria outlined above.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products with less than 6 months remaining before expiration.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.

Important Notes

  • Any returns received after 30 days of the original delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Absolute Nutrition reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policies.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
